• Refunds on Unsuccessful Top-ups: On Unsuccessful credit top-ups refund for the payments will be processed in 5-6 working days and only unsuccessful top ups to billgenerator.co.in will be refunded.
• No Refunds for Purchased Credits: We do not offer refunds for purchased credits. Credits you purchase are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned to the source bank account.
• Non-transferable: Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account to which they are originally assigned.
• Expiry of Credits: Credits purchased do not expire and can be used anytime as long as our service is available.
